Kanye West Sued for Sexual Harassment by Former Assistant

Kanye West is facing a lawsuit from his former executive/personal assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, who has accused the singer and designer of sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and breach of contract. The lawsuit, filed on June 3, details a series of disturbing allegations against West, including explicit texts, sexual videos, and inappropriate behavior.

According to Pisciotta, she first met West in July 2021 while he was working on his fashion line, Yeezy. Pisciotta, who was then a successful OnlyFans model making $1 million a year, was hired by West and subsequently collaborated with him on three songs for his album “Donda.” A year later, West reportedly urged her to delete her OnlyFans account, promising to pay her $1 million annually if she complied. Pisciotta agreed and subsequently received a series of sexually explicit texts from West.

One of the texts, shared by TMZ, read, “See my problem is I be wanting to f*** but then after I f*** I want a girl to tell me how hard they been fed while I’m fing them. Then I want her to cheat on me …” The messages became increasingly vulgar, with West allegedly writing about his sexual fantasies in explicit detail. In one text, West reportedly questioned whether his genitalia was “racist” and described his intentions to “beat” it while viewing pictures of white women with large buttocks.

Pisciotta also claims that West would masturbate during phone conversations and ask if she could guess what he was doing. Additionally, she alleges that West was obsessed with the size of her boyfriends’ penises.

The lawsuit also includes allegations that West sent Pisciotta sexual videos and photos, including at least two videos of him having sex with a model. Despite these alleged behaviors, Pisciotta was promoted to Chief of Staff for West’s various companies, with an annual salary of $4 million. However, she was terminated in October 2022 and claims that West promised her a $3 million severance package, which she accepted but never received.

Pisciotta is suing West for sexual harassment, wrongful termination, breach of contract, and creating a hostile work environment. The lawsuit paints a disturbing picture of West’s conduct and raises serious questions about his treatment of employees.

As of now, West’s representatives have not responded to requests for comment on the allegations. The lawsuit adds to a series of controversies surrounding the artist, whose public behavior has often been erratic and provocative.

This case highlights the ongoing issues of workplace harassment and the abuse of power by high-profile individuals. Pisciotta’s allegations, if proven true, reflect a severe breach of professional conduct and ethical boundaries. The outcome of this lawsuit could have significant implications for West and serve as a broader commentary on the responsibilities of employers to maintain a safe and respectful work environment.
